传统面试与无领导面试在医学检验学生能力评估中的差异分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较传统面试与无领导面试在医学检验学生能力评估中的差异及各自优势,为用人单位面试方式改革提供参考;通过分析学生在面试中暴露出的不足,为医学检验专业教学优化提供思路,为医学检验学生自我能力提升提供方向。方法以54名医学检验专业本科实习生为研究对象,在实习中期,安排以模拟面试为主题的就业培训,采用传统面试和无领导面试两种方式,对两种面试成绩进行综合分析。实习结束时,相同学生组进行综合评优,与两种面试方式成绩进行比较分析。面试活动结束后,通过问卷调查,分析学生在两种面试中表现的不足之处。结果传统面试评分与无领导面试评分相关性好,对学生能力的评估结果具有高度一致性;无领导面试成绩离散度更大,学生之间的成绩差距更大。两种面试结果与期末实习生评优结果较一致,两种面试成绩的综合评价结果与评优结果的一致性更好。通过问卷调查,学生自我评价在综合分析问题能力、心理素质和语言表达能力方面的表现有待提高。结论无领导面试作为医学专业一种新的面试形式,对于学生能力评估优势明显,可将两种方式结合应用于医学检验本科生面试。在医学检验本科教学设计中,以及学生自我提升中,要多注重综合分析问题的能力,心理素质以及语言表达能力等多方面的培养及锻炼。 Objective To compare the differences and advantages of traditional interview and leaderless interview in the ability assessment of medical laboratory students,so as to provide reference for the reform of interview methods of employers.Through the analysis of the shortcomings exposed by students in the interview,this paper provides ideas for the teaching optimization of medical laboratory science and provides directions for the self-ability improvement of medical laboratory science students.Methods A total of 54 undergraduate interns majoring in medical laboratory science were selected as the research objects.In the middle of the internship,employment training with the theme of mock interview was arranged,and the results of the two kinds of interview were comprehensively analyzed by traditional interview and leaderless interview.At the end of the internship,the same student group was evaluated comprehensively,and the results of the two interview methods were compared and analyzed.After the interview activities,through the questionnaire survey,analyze the shortcomings of students'performance in the two kinds of interviews.Results There is a good correlation between the traditional interview scores and the leaderless interview scores,and the evaluation results of students'abilities have a high degree of consistency.Leaderless interview results have greater dispersion,and the gap between students is larger.The results of the two kinds of interviews are consistent with the results of the final internship evaluation,and the comprehensive evaluation results of the two kinds of interviews are more consistent with the results of the evaluation.Through the questionnaire survey,the students'self-evaluation in the comprehensive analysis of problems,psychological quality and language expression ability performance needs to be improved.Conclusion As a new interview form of medical major,leaderless interview has obvious advantages in the assessment of students'ability,so the two methods can be combined in the interview of medical examination undergraduates.In the teaching design of undergraduate medical laboratory,as well as the self-improvement of students,more attention should be paid to the cultivation and exercise of the ability of comprehensive analysis of problems,psychological quality and language expression ability.
