技术现象学视域下的脑机增强

Brain-machine Enhancement from the Perspective of the Phenomenology of Technology

摘要 脑机增强是人类增强技术研究的重点和创新方向,它综合了生物端和机器端的优势,搭建起人-机协同智能系统,展现出人与技术相互融合、技术成为人的身体的一部分的特殊技术应用情境,具有技术具身性、技术透明性以及技术效应性三个方面的特征。脑机增强使人与技术之间的外在关系永久性消解,使二者融合为新的实体,以人-机融合的赛博格意向指向世界。这些新变化改变了人-技术-世界三者之间的原有结构,人与技术共同与世界组建新的关系,即基于后人类主体形成的与世界的交互关系,把人类社会向后人类时代推进。 Brain-machine enhancement is the focus and innovation of current human enhancement technology research.It builds a human-machine collaborative intelligent system with the advantages of the biological and machine ends.Human and technology fuse with each other.The technology application of being part of human body shows three characteristics:technical embodiment,technical transparency and technical effectivity.Brain-machine enhancement permanently dissolves the external relationship between human and technology,and merges the two into a new entity,presenting the cyborg intention of humanmachine integration to the world.These changes have changed the original structures between human,technology and the world.Human and technology as a whole builds a new relationship with the world,an interactive relationship with the world based on posthuman subjectivity,bringing human society to the posthuman era.
