不同时期喷施不同浓度苯磺隆对紫苏生长及其结实的影响

Effect of Tribenuron-Methyl with Different Concentrations Applied in Different Periods on Growth and Seed-Set of Perilla frutescens L.

摘要 为研究苯磺隆对紫苏生长及结实的影响,以主栽油用紫苏(品种1)及主栽菜用紫苏(品种2)为试验材料,以苯磺隆为处理试剂,设置不同喷施浓度及喷施时期,于2018年和2019年开展了大田试验。结果表明,不同生长时期喷施不同浓度苯磺隆,对品种1和品种2的生长及结实均有显著影响。在喷施苯磺隆处理下,品种1、品种2现蕾期处理的结实率分别低于分枝期处理24.10、33.59百分点,而株高的平均降幅为现蕾期处理较分枝期处理分别低1.04、16.73 cm。由此可见,现蕾期处理主要影响紫苏生殖生长,而分枝期处理主要影响紫苏营养生长。因此,在紫苏实际生产中不能施用苯磺隆进行除草,并且要关注邻近农田的施用作业,紫苏种植应严格防范苯磺隆药液飘移等可能导致植株接触危害的情况,以确保紫苏安全健康生长。 The field experiment was carried out to explore effect of tribenuron-methyl on growth and seed-set of Perilla frutescens L.in 2018 and 2019.It taked the main cultivated P.frutescens used for oil(cultivar 1)and for vegetable(cultivar 2)as the tested materials and set up different concentrations and spray stages of tribenuron-methyl in this field experiment.The results showed that tribenuron-methyl at different concentrations sprayed at different growth stages had significant effects both on the growth and seed-set of cultivar 1 and cultivar 2.Under spraying tribenuron-methyl,the seed-set rates of cultivar 1 and cultivar 2 at the bud stage was 24.10,33.59 percentage points lower than that at the branching stage,respectively.And the average decreasing range of plant height at bud stage was 1.04,16.73 cm lower than that at branching stage,respectively.Therefore,it indicated that tribenuron-methyl applied at bud stage mainly affected the reproductive growth of P.frutescens,and that at branching stage mainly affected its vegetative growth.Therefore,tribenuron-methyl was not able to use for weeding in the actual production of P.frutescens.And it should be paid the attention to the application of adjacent farmland.P.frutescens planting should strictly prevent the migration of tribenuron-methyl solution and other conditions that may cause plant contact hazards so as to ensure the safe and healthy growth of perilla frutescens.
