基于步态分析的跑台训练治疗脑卒中后步行功能障碍疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨基于步态分析的跑台训练在治疗脑卒中后步行功能障碍的疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组采用步行跑台训练,每天两次,每次训练时间为20 min。对照组采用常规的步行功能训练方法。利用Berg平衡量表、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法、Holden步行功能分类对两组训练前后进行功能评估。结果:经过2周的康复训练后,两组患者Berg、Fugl-Meyer及Holden评分均优于训练前(P<0.05),且治疗组Berg、Fugl-Meyer及Holden评分增加幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于步态分析的跑台训练在治疗脑卒中后步行功能障碍方面优于常规训练方法,作用积极有效。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of treadmill training based on gait analysis in the treatment of walking dysfunction in patients following stroke.Methods:Sixty patients met the inclusion criteria were equally randomized to treatment group and control group.Patients in the treatment group received training on the walking treadmill twice a day for 20 minutes,and those in the control group just underwent conventional walking function training.Berg Balance Scale,the scale of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Recovery after Stroke and Holden Walking Function Classification were used to evaluate the function of the two groups before and after training.Results:After 2 weeks of rehabilitation training,Berg,Fugl-Meyer and Holden scores of the two groups were better than those before training(P<0.05),and the increase of Berg,Fugl-Meyer and Holden scores in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treadmill training based on gait analysis is significantly better than conventional training in the treatment of post-stroke walking dysfunction,and its effect is positive and effective.
