肺段3D打印标本在断层解剖学实验教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨3D打印标本应用在断层解剖学的肺横断层实验教学中的教学效果。方法:选取皖南医学院2020级1~4班123名医学影像学专业本科生为研究对象,肺段断层解剖学教学中,61名学生采用3D打印标本与传统教学法相结合(研究组),62名学生采用传统教学法(对照组)。通过闭卷测试和满意度评分等方式评价教学效果。结果:两组学生课后测得分均高于课前测得分(P<0.01),且研究组学生得分上升幅度优于对照组(P<0.01);研究组学生对肺段内管道与肺段断层的理解及断层思维能力培养等层面的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:肺段3D打印标本在断层解剖学实验教学中的应用能够有效提高教学效果,在断层解剖学教学中值得采纳与推广。 Objective:To investigate the teaching effect of 3D-printed specimens in the experimental teaching of cross-sectional anatomy of lungs.Methods:In total,123 undergraduates majoring in medical imaging in classes 1-4,enrolled in 2020 in our college,were included as research subjects,and divided into research group(n=61)and control group(n=62)in teaching of sectional anatomy of the lung.Students in the research group underwent 3D-printed specimens with traditional teaching,and those in the control group were taught by traditional instruction.The teaching effects were evaluated by means of closed-book tests and satisfaction scores.Results:The scores were higher in the after-school test than in the pre-school test in the two groups of students(P<0.01),and the increase of the scores of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The students in the research group had higher satisfaction scores on the understanding of intrapulmonary ducts and pulmonary segmental faults and cultivation of fault thinking ability than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of 3D-printed specimens of lung segments is worthy of adopting and popularizing because it can effectively improve the teaching effect in the experimental teaching of sectional anatomy.
