双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者出院准备度现状及影响因素

Current status and influencing factors of hospital discharge readiness in patients with bipolar manic episodes

目的:了解双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者出院准备度现状及影响因素。方法:收集2019年5月~2021年12月就诊的双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者143例,采用出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表及希望水平量表对患者进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析患者出院准备度的影响因素。结果:患者出院准备度量表总分(150.07±16.25)分,标化后得分为(6.82±0.74)分。患者出院准备度与出院指导质量、希望水平呈正相关(P<0.05),多因素线性回归分析显示,希望水平、当前与未来的态度、需要的内容、指导技巧及效果、文化程度是患者出院准备度得分的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者出院准备较好,希望水平、当前与未来的态度、需要的内容、指导技巧及效果、文化程度是其主要影响因素。

Objective:To understand the status quo of readiness for hospital discharge in patients with bipolar manic episodes.Methods:Patients with bipolar manic episodes who visited the clinic between May 2019 and December 2021 were included,and underwent survey using the Discharge Readiness Scale,the Discharge Guidance Quality Scale and the Hope Level Scale.Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting readiness for hospital discharge.Results:The total score on the patient discharge readiness scale was 150.07±16.25,and the standardized score was 6.82±0.74.Patient discharge readiness was positively correlated with the guidance quality of discharge and hope level(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that hope level,current and future attitudes,required content,guidance skills and effects,and educational level were the most important factors affecting the readiness for hospital discharge in such patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The readiness for hospital discharge appears better in patients with bipolar manic episode.Hope level,current and future attitudes,needed content,guidance skills and effects,and educational level are the major factors affecting the readiness for discharge.
