英夫利昔单抗相关基因多态性指导1例克罗恩病患者个体化药学监护

Guide to tailored pharmaceutical care in patients with Crohn disease based on polymorphisms of infliximab-related genes

目的:探讨临床药师在克罗恩病(CD)患者英夫利昔单抗(IFX)药物和营养治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师通过基因检测技术结合患者实际情况协助医师调整患者临床用药和营养支持方案,实施药物疗效及不良反应监护。结果:患者病情和整体营养状况好转。结论:临床药师协助医师为CD患者制定个体化药物治疗和营养支持方案并实施全面药学监护,可提高患者临床用药的安全性、合理性和有效性。

Objective:To assess the role of clinical pharmacists in infliximab and nutritional treatment of patients with Crohn disease.Methods:Clinical pharmacists actively assisted the physician to adjust clinical medication and nutritional support program for the patent through gene detection combined with patient′s actual conditions,and implemented monitoring of the drug efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:The condition and overall nutritional status of the patient were improved after treatment.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacist has the commitment to assisting physicians to formulate individualized drug treatment and nutritional support programs for patients with Crohn disease,and implementing comprehensive pharmaceutical care so as to improve the safety,rationality and effectiveness of clinical medication.
