摘要
煤化工企业排放废水以高浓度的煤气洗涤废水为主,含有大量油类、悬浮物、氨氮、COD、苯酚、氰等有毒、有害物质。综合废水CODcr一般在5000 mg·L^(-1)以上,氨氮在500 mg·L^(-1)以上,是一种典型的难降解有机化合物的工业废水。通过总结、验证现场多家专业除油公司的试验数据及效果,设计组合多种除油工艺及新型材料,形成系统化的预处理除油工艺路线,提出适合于该类废水的工艺方法,为项目改造及工艺工程设计提供参考依据。
The wastewater discharged by coal chemical enterprises is mainly high-concentration gas washing wastewater,which contains a large amount of oil,suspended solids,ammonia nitrogen,COD,phenol,cyanide and other toxic and harmful substances.The CODcr of the comprehensive wastewater is generally above 5000 mg·L^(-1),and the ammonia nitrogen is above 500 mg·L^(-1),which is a typical industrial wastewater with refractory organic compounds.In this pilot test,by summarizing and verifying the test data and effects of several professional degreasing companies on site,a variety of oil removal processes and new materials were designed and combined to form a systematic pretreatment degreasing process route,which was suitable for this type of wastewater.The process method provides reference for project transformation and process engineering design.
