摘要
以稀硫酸和亚硝酸钠为原料合成一氧化氮气体,通过碱洗、干燥、常温吸附、深冷吸附、低温抽负等工艺,实现气体的逐级净化,提纯后的一氧化氮气体纯度可达99.99%。
Nitric oxide gas was synthesized from dilute sulfuric acid and sodium nitrite.Through alkali washing,drying,normal temperature adsorption,cryogenic adsorption and low temperature negative pumping,the gas was purified step by step.The purity of nitric oxide gas after purification reached 99.99%.
