摘要
对土壤和沉积物中的铅的采用混合酸分解、稀硝酸提取、火焰原子吸收分光光度计及石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪分析测定,火焰原子吸收分光光度计可测到10-9 g·mL^(-1)数量级,石墨炉原子吸收法可测到10-13 g·mL^(-1)数量级。该方法准确度和精密度较高,样品处理过程简单、快捷,分析检测的结果满足HJ 491—2019、GB/T 17141—1997技术规范要求。
Lead in soil and sediment was decomposed by mixed acid,extracted by dilute nitric acid,analyzed and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer.The order of magnitude of 10-9 g·mL^(-1) can be measured by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer and 10-13 g·mL^(-1) can be measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The accuracy and precision are high.The sample processing process of this method is simple and fast,and the analysis and detection results meet the requirements of HJ 491—2019 and GB/T 17141—1997 technical specifications.
