乳酸菌联合小球藻对褶皱臂尾轮虫种群增长的影响

摘要 为研究乳酸菌联合小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)对褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)种群增长的影响,以盘锦光合蟹业有限公司轮虫池冬卵孵化的轮虫为试验对象,以小球藻为轮虫基础饵料并添加不同浓度的微生态制剂乳酸菌(Lactic acid bacteria,LAB),设置乳酸菌的浓度梯度为0(对照组)、1×10^(8) cells/mL、2×10^(8) cells/mL、5×10^(8) cells/mL、10×10^(8) cells/mL,连续观察4d,对轮虫种群密度、抱卵率和平均增长率等进行统计。结果表明,在轮虫种群密度起始相同的情况下,添加适宜浓度的乳酸菌处理组轮虫最大种群密度、抱卵率和平均增长率是同时期对照组的3倍、3倍和5倍(P<0.05),且能有效降低培养水体pH使其在轮虫生长适宜范围内。结果表明以小球藻为轮虫基础饵料,添加一定浓度的乳酸菌有利于褶皱臂尾轮虫的生长繁殖,可以提高轮虫的种群数量,促进种群增长。 In order to study the effect of Lactic acid bacteria in combination with Chlorella vulgaris on the population growth of Brachionus plicatilis,the rotifers hatched from the rotifer pond of Panjin Guanghe Crab Industry Co.,Ltd.were used as the test object,and and C.vulgaris was used as the rotifer base bait with different concentrations of probiotics Lactic acid bacteria.The concentration gradients of Lactic acid bacteria were 0 cells/mL,1×10^(8) cells/mL,2×10^(8) cells/mL,5×10^(8) cells/mL and 10×10^(8) cells/mL,the rotifer population density,egg-holding rate,average growth rate and so on were observed for 4 days and the data were counted.The results showed that when the population density of rotifers was the same,the maximum population density,egg-holding rate and average growth rate of rotifers in the group treated with appropriate concentrations of lactic acid bacteria were three times,three times and five times higher than those in the control group at the same period(P<0.05),and the pH of the culture water was effectively reduced to a suitable range for rotifer growth.And with C.vulgaris as the rotifer base bait,the addition of certain concentration of lactic acid bacteria is beneficial to the growth and reproduction of B.plicatilis,which can increase the population size of rotifers and promote the population growth.
