济南市白云湖浮游动物群落结构特征调查

摘要 为有效保护城市水生态环境,提高湖库生态服务功能,于2021年秋季对济南白云湖开展了浮游动物采样调查,共采集到浮游动物4类38种。其中轮虫种类数最多,占浮游动物总种类数的55.26%;桡足类次之,占比为18.42%。浮游动物密度和生物量变化范围分别为183.5ind./L~813.0ind./L和1.38mg/L~3.39mg/L,平均值分别为430.3ind./L和2.43mg/L。浮游动物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数平均值分别为3.42和0.78。调查结果显示,浮游动物种类小型化,群落结构简单化,生物多样性指数水质评价结果表明,湖区水质整体处于轻度污染状态。建议进一步采取加强白云湖水文连通、增加蓄水量、减少上游用水以及适当引水和补水等措施。 In order to effectively protect the urban water ecological environment and improve the ecological service function of the lake and reservoir,a zooplankton sampling survey was conducted on Baiyun Lake in Jinan in autumn 2021,and a total of 38 species of zooplankton in 4 categories were collected.Among them,Rotifers had the largest number of species,accounting for 55.26%of the total number of zooplankton species;Copepods were the second,accounting for 18.42%.The zooplankton density and biomass varied from 183.5ind./L to 813.0ind./L and 1.380mg/L to 3.390mg/L,with mean values of 430.3ind./L and 2.430mg/L,respectively.The survey results show that the zooplankton species are miniaturized,the community structure is simple,and the biodiversity index water quality evaluation results show that the overall water quality of the lake is in a light pollution state.It is recommended to further take measures to strengthen the hydrological connectivity of Baiyun Lake,increase water storage,reduce upstream water use and appropriate water diversion and replenishment.
