摘要
职业教育文化育人的逻辑向度是内蕴于事物之间的一种存在,是独特的育人视角和逻辑取向,具体包括:跨界整合的哲学文化向度,以人为本的理念文化向度,改革创新的育人方式向度。目前职业教育文化育人存在类型特色不彰,理念意识不强,方法创新不足等问题。依据逻辑向度的基本意涵,针对存在的现实问题,职业教育文化育人应从跨界整合的类型化育人路径,以人为本的文化育人原点回归,方法探求的文化育人效度追等三个维度建构路径。
The logical direction of talents-cultivating by culture in vocational education is an existence embedded between things,a unique perspective and logical orientation of talents-cultivating,specifically including the philosophical,cultural direction of cross-border integration,the conceptual cultural direction of people-centered,and the direction of reform and innovation of talents-cultivating methods.At present,there are problems such as the lack of type characteristics,the lack of concept awareness and the lack of method innovation on talents-cultivating by culture in vocational education.According to the basic connotation of logical direction,given the existing real problems,the talents-cultivating by culture in vocational education should be constructed in three dimensions,namely,the typological education path of cross-border integration,the return to the origin of people-centered talents-cultivating by culture,and the effectiveness of talents-cultivating by culture of methodological exploration.
