四川丘陵地区规模化养猪场粪污处理工程设计

摘要 四川丘陵地区规模化养猪场大多为代养模式,粪污收集采用水泡粪方式,产生养殖粪污量大、难处理。为解决规模化养猪场粪污处理不到位形成污染的问题,以某规模化养猪场为例,对其养殖粪污的检测指标、粪污量、粪污种类、处理要求、工艺控制等多个方面进行设计,确定规模化养猪场所需的工程工艺和设施设备,通过计算各阶段处理量与反应时间,明确了各反应池规模大小和配套设备选型。结果表明:养殖粪污处理效果明显,最终排出的养殖废水符合《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB5084-2021)“旱作”标准,处理之后的粪液全部回用于周围茶果林地浇灌,达到了种养结合的目的。 Most of the large-scale pig farms in hilly areas of Sichuan are in substitution mode,and manure is collected by water-bubbling manure,which generates large amount of farming manure and is difficult to be treated.In order to solve the problem of pollution formed by inappropriate treatment of manure in large-scale pig farms,this paper takes a large-scale pig farm as an example and designs it according to its testing index,manure volume,manure type,treatment requirements,process control and other aspects to determine the engineering process and facilities as well as equipment required for large-scale pig farms.The size of each reaction tank and supporting equipment is clarified by calculating the treatment volume and reaction time of each stage.By calculating the treatment volume and reaction time of each stage,the size of each reaction tank and the selection of supporting equipment were clarified.The results show that the treatment effect of farming manure is obvious,and the final discharged farming wastewater meets the standard of"dry farming"of Water Quality Standard for Farmland Irrigation GB5084-2021,The treated manure liquid is all reused for watering the surrounding tea and fruit woodland,which achieves the purpose of combining farming and breeding.
