摘要
从陕西入河排污口的管理需求出发,为掌握入河排污口基本情况,高效便捷管理相关历史数据,依托ArcGIS空间分析模块,结合地理信息系统的地图优势与相关平台软件的开发,设计并实现了陕西入河排污口矢量化图库。该系统平台建立了全省统一的入河排污口数据标准,并在B/S系统体系架构下采用Java语言分层设计、开发、部署了入河排污口本底数据库;系统平台实现了数据库与电子图层的对接,包含GIS基本操作、显示、查询、空间分析、统计等功能,并将结果可视化展示在系统界面上,形成了“一个系统、一张图、一套数据”,为入河排污口监督管理工作提供了专业的技术支撑和决策依据。
Starting from the management needs of the sewage outlets into the river in Shaanxi,in order to grasp the basic situation of the sewage outlets into the river and manage relevant historical data efficiently and conveniently,the vectorized library of sewage outlets in Shaanxi is designed and implemented by the spatial analysis module of ArcGIS,combined with the map advantages of geographic information system and the development of correlative platform software.The system platform establishes a unified data standard for the sewage outlets into the river in the province.Under the B/S system architecture,Java language is used to design,develop,and deploy the background database of the sewage outlets into the river.The system platform realizes the connection between the database and the electronic layer,including GIS basic operations,display,query,spatial analysis,statistics and other functions,and visualizes the results on the system interface."One system,one map and one set of data"is formed which provides professional technical support and decision-making basis for the supervision and management of the sewage outlets into the river.
