摘要
倾斜摄影测量技术在全域土地综合整治中发挥着至关重要的作用,是土地综合整治的研究重点。以倾斜摄影测量为依托,通过遥感数据处理软件平台,对片区内自然地理状况、水资源及水系网络分布等进行了三维精细化建模,并对其技术方法进行了探讨,以盘活存量建设用地、村庄耕地和永久基本农田的结构调整,从而促进耕地保护,提高国土资源利用率及乡村发展活力,为形成信息化和智慧化管理提供有益的探索。
Oblique photography plays a vital role in the comprehensive land consolidation of the whole region,and it is the research focus of the comprehensive land consolidation.In this paper,based on the oblique photogrammetry,through the remote sensing data processing software platform,the physical geography,water resources and river network distribution in the area are modeled in a three-dimensional way,and the technical methods are discussed to activate the structural adjustment of the stock construction land,village farmland and permanent basic farmland,so as to promote the protection of farmland,improve the utilization rate of land resources and rural development vitality,which provides a useful exploration for the formation of information and intelligent management.
