摘要
为研究液化天然气(liquefied natural gas,LNG)站和燃机电厂的冷热能综合利用,本文提出电厂利用LNG站冷排水、LNG站利用电厂温排水的方案并进行经济性分析。该方案可增加电厂发电收益、节约LNG站运行成本、降低工程总体造价,同时又减少对海域环境的冷、温排水及二氧化碳排放,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to study the comprehensive utilization of cold and heat energy in LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)stations and gas turbine plants,this paper proposes a scheme for power plants to utilize cold water drainage from LNG stations and LNG stations to utilize warm water drainage from power plants and conducts an economic analysis.The scheme can increase the power generation revenue of the power plant,save the operation cost of the LNG station,reduce the overall project cost,and at the same time reduce the cold and warm water drainage and carbon dioxide emission to the marine environment,which has significant economic and social benefits.
