OBE理念下课程教学目标达成度评价模式探索与实践 被引量:10

摘要 OBE理念中,课程教学目标承担其中1~N个专业核心能力指标的培养与达成。因此,课程教学目标的达成是支撑专业人才培养目标达成的重要手段和依据。从建立评价内容与核心能力指标匹配度、贯穿课程教学全过程及设置统一的量化评价标准等途径构建一种量化评价课程教学目标达成度的模式,可以有效地解决过程性评价主观性强、量化评价可操作性差的问题,并且能够帮助师生在教学全过程中实时掌握教学目标达成度情况,从而进行教学反馈与策略调整,使师生成长最大化,并且实现课程持续化改进。 In the OBE concept,the training goal of professional talents is embodied by several core competence indexes,and the course teaching goal undertakes the training and achievement of 1~N core competence indexes.The achievement of curriculum teaching objectives is an important means and basis to support the achievement of professional training objectives.From establishing the matching degree between the evaluation content and the core competence index,running through the whole course of the course teaching,setting up the unified quantitative evaluation standard and so on,a kind of model of the quantitative evaluation course teaching goal attainment degree is constructed.It can effectively solve the problem that process evaluation is subjective and operability,and can help teachers and students master the degree of achieving teaching objectives in the whole process of teaching,so as to carry out teaching feedback and strategy adjustment,to maximize the growth of students and teachers,and to achieve continuous improvement of the curriculum.
