摘要
在国家日益重视“基础研究”的背景下,分析现阶段工科专业创新型人才培养存在的问题,探讨通过强化基础研究与工科创新型人才培养的联系,建立以工科专业创新型人才培养理论体系为指引,以创新型师资队伍为保障,结合基础研究成果创新人才培养方式,以基础研究的科学精神营造工科创新型人才的培养氛围,全方位提升工科专业人才主动创新意识和创新思维,多渠道助推工科专业人才的创新实践锻炼,为工科专业创新型人才培养奠定坚实基础。
Under the background that the country attaches more and more importance to"basic research",this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of innovative talents in engineering majors at the present stage,and probes into the connection between strengthening basic research and training innovative talents in engineering majors.Under the guidance of the theoretical system of training innovative talents in engineering majors,with the support of innovative teaching staff,combining with the results of basic research to innovate the training methods of talents,it creats a training atmosphere for innovative talents in engineering with the scientific spirit of basic research,enhances the active innovation consciousness and innovative thinking of engineering professionals in an all-round way,promotes the innovation practice of engineering professionals through multiple channels,and lays a solid foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents in engineering majors.
