摘要
全日制教育硕士的就业问题对于建设新时代高素质教师队伍具有引领作用。对浙江某高校自招生以来所有全日制教育硕士就业情况进行调查和分析,统计总体就业结果,对不同性别、专业、届别毕业生在就业去向、单位性质和学校类型等维度的差异进行比较。结果发现,全日制教育硕士就业形势好,但基础教育高学历师资缺口仍较大;毕业生就业竞争力强,但到基层基础教育系统就业比例低;人职匹配度高,但部分专业毕业生在非教育系统就业人数多。建议国家及相关部门应健全全日制教育硕士培养与就业制度的建设和落实,增加招生与培养数量,鼓励面向基层与基础就业,为兴师强教提供体制机制、人才供给和队伍质量保障。
The employment of full-time master of education plays a leading role in the construction of high-quality teachers in the new era.This paper investigates and analyzes the employment situation of all full-time postgraduates in a university in Zhejiang since its first year of full-time master enrollment,collects overall employment data,and compares the differences in the place of employment,ownership nature of the employer,types of school and other dimensions of graduates of different genders,majors,and grades.The results show that the employment situation of full-time master of education is good,but there is still a large shortage of teachers with postgraduate degree in compulsory education;postgraduates have strong employment competitiveness,but the employment rate in the basic education system is low;the degree of job matching is high,but a large number of postgraduates are employed in non-educational system in some majors.It is suggested that the state and relevant departments should improve the construction and implementation of the cultivation and employment system of full-time master of education,increase the number of enrollments,encourage grassroots and basic employment,and provide institutional mechanisms,talent supply,and team quality assurance for the development of teachers and education.
