摘要
电网网架结构迅速变化升级,新能源、电缆线路和电力电子器件的大量运用,对电力调度员进行线路快速故障处置提出了挑战。重庆电网提出基于暂态信息的电力线路故障处理方法,并将其在调度协同监控平台故障处置模块中进行实用化部署和不断改进,充分利用协同平台现有数据源提供的故障录波信息,选取双端时域暂态信号,采用分布参数线路模型对故障线路进行分析求解,实现线路故障快速定位、故障原因判断分析和故障反演溯源,以快速、准确进行故障处置和故障分析。该处理方法实用化能为电力调度专业人员和研究学者提供参考,具有实用性和推广意义。
The rapid change and upgrading of power grid structure and the extensive use of new energy,cable lines and power electronic devices pose challenges to power dispatchers in dealing with rapid line faults.Chongqing Power Grid has proposed a fault processing method for power lines based on transient information,which has been deployed and improved in the fault processing module of the dispatching cooperative monitoring platfom.This method makes full use of the fault recording information provided by the existing data sources of the collaborative platform,selcts the dual-ended time do-main transient signals,and uses the distributed parameter line model to analyze and solve the fault lines.It realizes the rapid location of line faults,the ana lysis of fault cause judgment and fault inversion traceability,and the fault handling and fault analysis are carried out quickly and accurately.The practical application of this treatment method can provide refer-ence for power dispatching professionals and researchers,and has practical and promotion significance.
