异步电网燃煤发电机组一次调频触发汽轮机EH油压波动问题探讨

摘要 西南电网异步互联后,电网频率波动幅度及频次均大幅增加,某360 MW燃煤发电机组一次调频响应期间,汽轮机高调门大幅波动,导致EH油压波动,EH油管路振动,冲击EH油管路的密封,带来EH油泄漏的安全隐患。为此分析了机组一次调频响应机理及高调门油动机动作过程,通过实施汽轮机高调门流量特性曲线试验,发现汽轮机高调门与管理函数不匹配是导致高调门波动的原因。在此基础上,通过优化汽轮机高压调门管理函数,提高了“汽轮机阀位总指令”与“汽轮机蒸汽流量”及“机组功率”之间的线性度,减少了汽轮机高调门在流量饱和区的响应幅度,很好地解决了该问题,提升了机组安全性和一次调频响应性能,给企业带来了很好的安全效益及经济效益。 After the asynchronous interconnection of the Southwest Power Grid,the frequency fluctuation amplitude and frequency of the grid increase significantly.During the primary frequency regulation response period of a 360 MW coal-fired power generation unit,the high pressure control valve of the turbine fluctuated significantly,resulting in EH oil pressure fluctuation,EH oil pipeline vibration,and impact on the seal of EH oil pipeline,which brought about the safety hazard of EH oil leakage.Therefore,the response mechanism of primary frequency regulation of the unit and the action.process of the high profile door oil engine are analyzed.Through the implementation of the flow characteristic curve test of the steam turbine high pressure regulator,it is found that the mismatch between the highr pressure regulator and the man-agement function of the steam turbine is the cause of the fluctuation of the high pressure throttle.On this basis,by opti-mizing the high-pressure valve management function of the steam turbine,the linearity between the"total command of the.turbine valve position"and"steam flow of the turbine"and"unit power"is improved,and the response amplitude of the high-profile valve of the steam turbine in the flow saturation zone is reduced,which solves the problem well.It improves the safety of the unit and the performance of primary frequency modulation response,which brings good safety benefits and economic benefits to the enterprise.
