摘要
数字控制双向BUCK-BOOST变换器在电动车电驱动系统和车载充电系统中得到了广泛的应用并拥有良好的应用前景。设计了一款基于STM32单片机的数字控制双向BUCK-BOOST变换器。研究结果表明,在电压外环和电流内环的双闭环控制策略下,该变换器可满足稳态运行控制要求。采用数字控制的方式有望使得DC/DC变换器的控制与电机的控制能共享控制器资源,有利于实现它们在控制方法上的耦合,进一步提升电动车电机驱动系统控制的灵活度。
Digital controlled bidirectional buck-boost converter has been widely used in electric vehicle electric drive system and vehicle charging system,and has a good application prospect.A digital controlled bidirectional BUCK BOOST converter based on STM32 microcontroller is designed.The results show that the converter can meet the steady state opera-tion control under the double closed-loop control strategy of outer voltage loop and inner current loop.The use of digital control is expected to enable the control of DC/DC converters and the control of motors to share controller resources,which is conducive to realizing their coupling in control methods and further improving the flexibility of electric vehicle motor drive system control.
