一种集成在动力钻具上的发电装置

摘要 为解决油井智能钻具发电机功率受外转子尺寸和泥浆流量大小限制,难以满足智能化设备用电不断增长的现状,提出了一种集成在动力钻具上的发电装置,在现有的螺杆钻具结构基础上,不需增加涡轮叶片,将永磁发电机外定子嵌于传动轴壳体内壁上,转子的永磁体嵌于传动轴上,定子体积大,散热面积大,提高了发电机的功率等级。对发电机、输出稳压电路进行设计和建模,并通过仿真结果验证了设计方案的正确性。 In order to solve the problem that the power of the generator intelligent drilling sting in oil wells is limited by the size of the outer rotor and the mud flow,it is difficult to meet the increasing elect ricity consumption of intelligent e quipment.A novel power generation device integrated on drilling string is proposed.On the basis of the existing screw.drlling tool structure,there is no need to add turbine blades,the outer stator of the permanent magnet generator is embedded in the inner wall of the transmission shaft housing,and the permanent magnet of the rotor is embedded in the transmission shaft.The stator has a large volume and a large heat dissipation area,which improves the power level of the generator.The generator and output voltage regulation circuit are designed and modeled,and the accuracy of the design scheme is verified through simulation results.
