摘要 通过一起10 kV高供高计专变客户三相三线电能计量装置接线错误,导致智能电能表电流、功率、功率因数、有功电量、无功电量等计量参数异常的实际案例,运用采集系统曲线数据,结合负载性质和现场测试情况,推导出一种通用、快速、准确的错接线分析判断方法,并从技术措施、管理机制两方面提出了错误接线的防范措施。 A wiring error of the three-phase three wire energy metering device of the 10 kV high supply high metering special variable customer led to abnormal measurement parameters such as current,power,power factor,active power,and reactive power of the smart energy meter.Based on the collcted system curve data,combined with the load properties and field test conditions,a general,fast and accurate analysis and judgment method of wrong wiring is derived.The preventive measures against wrong wiring are proposed from two aspects of technical measures and management mechanism.
