基于嵌入式的继电保护装置插件测试系统研究

摘要 针对现有继电保护装置插件测试系统采样校准精度低、测试信息管理混乱等问题,通过对插件采样过程和应用方案进行研究,提出了利用辅助插件进行精度校准的解决方案。采用具有更高采样精度的插件作为辅助插件和待测插件,通过硬件秒脉冲(Pulse Per Second,PPS)对施加的外部标准源进行同步采样,并精确计算出待测插件的增益、角差和零漂系数。经测试、校准后的待测插件,精度满足继电保护应用要求,且具备开关量输入、输出及通信等接口测试功能。 The existing plug in test system of relay protection device has problems such as low sampling calibration accuracy and chaotic test information management.By studying the plug in sampling process and application scheme,a solution for accuracy calibration using auxiliary plug in is proposed.A plug in with higher sampling accuracy is used as an auxilary plug in and a plug-in under test.The applied external standard source is simultaneously sampled by a hardware Pulse Per Second(PPS)and the gain,angular difference,and zero drift cofficient of the plug in under test are accurately calculated.After testing and calibration,the plug in under test meets the requirements of relay protection applications,and has interface test functions such as switching input,output and communication.
