摘要 随着城市化进程的快速发展,建筑工程项目不断扩大。建筑电气作为建筑工程的重要组成部分,是建筑工程施工中的一个重要分部工程,它在专业性、技术性、安全性等方面的要求都非常高,其施工质量的好坏直接影响着建筑工程整体质量水平以及建筑物的安全。为了保证建筑能正常运行,就要对电气工程进行科学合理的施工,然而在实际的建筑施工中,由于各种因素的影响,电气施工出现质量问题,使得电气设备的使用存在较大的安全隐患。为此加强对建筑电气施工常见质量问题的分析与防治,规范电气工程施工,使得电气安装工程兼备可靠的安全性能和良好的使用功能,并达到外观美观大方、施工技术先进、项目管理科学、经济效益显著的效果,从而为建筑工程飞速发展夯实稳定的基础。 With the rapid of urbanization process,construction projects are expanding.As an important part of building engineering,building elect ricity is an important sub project in the construction of building engineering.Its requirements on professionalism,technicality and safety are very high,and its construction quality directly affects the overall quality level of the building project and the safety of the building.In order to ensure the normal operation of the building,it is necessary to carry out scientific and reasonable construction of electrical engineering.However,in the actual.construction of buildings,due to the inf luence of various factors,there are quality problems in electrical construction,so that there are greater safety hazards in the use of electricity.Therefore,we should strengthen the analysis and prevention of common quality problems in the electrical cons truction of buildings,standardize the electrical engineering construction,so that the electrical installation engineering has both reliable safety performance and good use function.At the same time,it can achieve the effect of beautiful appearance,advanced construction technology,scientific project manage-ment and significant economic benefits,thus laying a solid and stable foundation for the rapid development of construction projects.
