智能型二次电缆绝缘测试装置安全裕度试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 为发挥电缆绝缘测试装置的效能与价值,对智能型二次电缆绝缘测试装置安全裕度试验方法进行了设计研究。根据二次电缆结构,设计试验样品结构;根据二次电缆绝缘测试装置测试原理,设计安全裕度试验回路;将此次试验置于具有较强屏蔽性环境下实施,设计智能型二次电缆绝缘测试装置安全裕度试验;计算二次电缆绝缘测试装置等效击穿电压、电场强度,完成装置安全裕度的分析。通过装置工频试验电压安全裕度试验与装置操作击穿试验,证明了智能型二次电缆绝缘测试装置安全裕度与装置的作业环境/海拔高度有直接联系;装置的安全裕度会随着装置操作击穿试验中击穿试验电压的增加而增加。 In order to give full play to the efficieney and value of the cable insulation testing device,the safety margin test method of the intelligent secondary cable insulation testing device is designed and studied.According to the secondary cable structure,the test sample structure is designed.According to the test principle of secondary cable insulation test device,the safety margin test circuit is designed.The test was carried out in a strong shielding environment,and the safety margin test of the intelligent secondary cable insulation test device is designed.The equivalent breakdown voltage and electric field st rength of the secondary cable insulation test device are calculated,and the analysis of the safety margin of the device is completed.Through the power frequency test voltage safety margin test and the device operation breakdown.test,it is proved that the safety margin of the intelligent secondary cable insulation test device is directly related to the working environment/altitude of the device.The safety margin of the device increases as the breakdown test voltage increases during the device operating breakdown test.
