一种除铜的新型铁炭材料的研制

摘要 本文以还原性铁粉和活性炭为原料,在铁炭微电解材料中添加膨润土、甲壳素等材料,并将其制成球状体,通过马弗炉烧制后制得新型铁炭材料,使其更有效地去除废水中铜离子。本文主要研究在不同铁炭比、膨润土和甲壳素添加量、烧制时间及温度等条件下制备的材料对含铜废水中铜离子的去除作用,以期研究新型铁炭材料处理含铜废水的条件及影响因素。 In this paper,reduced iron powder and activated carbon as raw materials,adding bentonite,chitin and other materials in iron carbon micro-electrolytic materials,and made into spheroid,through Muffle furnace firing after the preparation of new iron carbon materials,make it more effective removal of copper ions in wastewater.This paper mainly studies the removal of copper ions in copper-containing wastewater by materials prepared under different iron-carbon ratio,bentonite and chitin content,firing time and temperature,in order to study the conditions and influencing factors of the treatment of COPper-containing wastewater by new iron-carbon materials.
