乏燃料后处理用锆合金焊接工艺及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 锆及锆合由于耐腐蚀性能优异、热中子吸收界面小等优点,被普遍用作乏燃料后处理结构部件。本文针对20 mm厚的Zr3板,开发了厚壁锆合金的自动等离子弧焊打底结合钨极氩弧焊填充盖面的焊接工艺,设计了适配的工装和惰性气体保护系统,焊缝成型良好、正背面均为银白色;金相和显微组织分析表明:母材为细小等轴晶组织;焊缝金属呈现板条状马氏体和针状α’氏体的混合组织,晶粒长大;对焊接接头进行了无损检验、破坏性检验和腐蚀试验等综合性能评价,结果表明:焊接接头力学性能、腐蚀性能匹配母材,满足锆制设备的设计和使用需求。 Due to their excellent corrosion resistance and small thermal neutron absorption interface,zirconium and zirconium alloy are widely used as structural components for spent fuel reprocessing.In this paper,,the automatic plasma arc welding process of 20 mm thick-wall zirconium alloy primer combined with argon tungsten arc welding filling cover surface was developed.Suitable tools and inert gas protection system were designed.The weld seams were well formed and the front and back sides were silver.Metallographic analysis and microstructure analysis show that the base material is fine equiaxed crystal structure.The welded passage showed a fine stripα’martensitic structure.The results of non-destructive inspection,destructive inspection and corrosion test of welded joints show that the mechanical properties and corrosion properties of welded joints match the base material and meet the design and use requirements of zirconium manufacturing equipment.
