摘要
氧化还原反应是生物机体内普遍存在的一系列反应,通常在新陈代谢过程中发生并伴随着能量的变化。人体皮肤细胞在正常的生理代谢中会不断产生自由基和ROS,在外界因素如化学污染、紫外线等的影响下,高活性自由基和ROS的产生会大量增加。这些高活性分子可以影响或改变细胞结构,引起细胞过早衰老死亡,并进一步引发衰老等皮肤问题。抗氧化剂可以提高人体抗氧化能力,减轻活性自由基和ROS对机体的有害影响。本文综述了氧化应激、氧化损伤及抗氧化剂和抗氧化机理,介绍了体外抗氧化性测试方法和植物提取物的抗氧化性研究及其影响因素,希望为植物提取物中抗氧化成分的研究应用提供借鉴。
Redox reactions are a series of reactions ubiquitous in biological organisms,which usually occur in the process of metabolism and are accompanied by changes in energy.Human skin cells will continuously generate free radicals and ROS in normal physiological metabolism,but under the influence of external factors such as chemical pollution and ultraviolet rays,the production of highly active free radicals and ROS will increase greatly.These highly reactive molecules can affect or alter cell structure,causing premature cell death and further skin problems.Antioxidants can improve the body's antioxidant capacity and reduce the harmful effects of reactive free radicals and ROS on the body.This article reviews oxidative stress,oxidative damage,and antioxidants and antioxidant mechanisms.Introduced the in vitro antioxidant testing method,research on antioxidant activity of plant extracts and factors affecting antioxidant activity,hoping to provide reference for the application research of antioxidant components in plant extracts.
