国际化都市固废处置与资源化基地科创中心的功能设计与运行机制

摘要 面对都市固体废物的快速增长,加快固体废物处理处置技术的创新研发已成为世界各国达到可持续发展目标的重要手段之一。上海市作为我国固体废为产生量最大的城市,其面临巨大的处理压力。然而,目前固体废物处置与资源化技术的支撑平台仍然缺失,科技创新和产业应用无法深度融合。因此,本文通过总结国内外类似环保科创中心或中试基地建设特色的基础上,分析了上海固废环保科创中心的配套设施与功能设计,进而为上海市固体废物处置与资源化平台的建设提供了新视角。 Facing the rapid growth of urban solid waste,developing the innovation of solid waste treatment and disposal technology has become one of the important ways for all world countries to achieve sustainable development goals.As the city with the largest solid waste generated in China,Shanghai is under enormous pressure of solid waste disposal.However,the science and innovation center(SIC)for solid waste disposal and recycling technology is still lacking,which causes technological innovation cannot be deeply integrated with industrial applications.Therefore,this work summarizes the construction characteristics of similar environmental science and technology innovation centers worldwide.Moreover,the ancillary facility and functional design of the Shanghai Solid Waste Environmental SIC are analyzed,which provides a new perspective for constructing the Shanghai solid waste disposal and resource platform.
