摘要
本实验建立测定工业硝酸稀硝酸中氯离子含量的分光光度法,即在特定波长下,对反应生成的红色溶液进行光度测定,从而简接计算出溶液中氯离子含量。实验结果表明:最佳吸收波长为460 nm,样品测定相对标准偏差RSD为1.29%(n=10),3个不同加标样品的回收率范围为97.72%~101.31%(n=9),与GB/T 3051-2000的汞量法测定结果对比无显著性差异、且分析总耗时较低,说明该分光光度法测定稀硝酸中氯离子含量的准确度及精密度高、方便快捷,可作为控制工业硝酸稀硝酸中氯离子含量的测定方法。
In this experiment,a spectrophotometric method for the determination of chloride ion content in dilute nitric acid of industrial nitric acid was established,that is,at a specific wavelength,the red solution generated by the reaction was determined photometric,so as to simply calculate the chloride ion content in the solution.The experimental results show that:The optimal absorption wavelength was 460 nm,the relative standard deviation RSD of sample determination was 1.29%(n=10),and the recovery range of three different spiked samples was 97.72%~101.31%(n=9).There was no significant difference between the results of mercury calorimetry and GB/T 3051-2000,and the total analysis time was low.It shows that the spectrophotometric method is accurate,precise,convenient and fast,and can be used as a method to control the content of chloride in dilute nitric acid.
