聚氨酯紫外光固化耐高温弹性体的制备

摘要 为解决学生过度依赖实验教材和培养学生对环境发展的责任感,需设计实验来解决相关问题。本实验通过紫外光固化反应,预聚体选取多种聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,加入单体、助剂及光引发剂制成聚氨酯弹性体,并研究使用不同配比的配方制备出一种耐高温弹性体。利用紫外光固化技术,可实现30 s快速固化,并且经测试,弹性收缩率为96.3%;在260℃下3 min,收缩率高达95.5%;拉伸强度为8 MPa,断裂伸长率高达482%;Tg为384℃。实验可在常温下进行,节能减排,且涉及多方面的实验操作和检测方法,教学时长4~5学时,所以非常适合用于高分子化学综合实验教学。 In order to change the status quo of students'reliance on textbook experimental steps and to develop a sense of responsibility for environmental development,experiments need to be designed to address relevant issues.In this experiment,a variety of polyurethane acrylates were used as prepolymers,monomers,additives and photoinitiators were added to make polyurethane elastomers through UV curing reaction,and a high temperature resistant elastomer was prepared using different ratios of formulations.The elastomer has the characteristics of high degree of primary curing and low curing shrinkage,good elasticity and hardness,good bending resistance,low odor and high gloss.The experiments can be conducted at room temperature,with fast curing speed and energy saving.Because it involves various experimental operations and testing methods,the teaching hours are 4~5 hours,so it is very suitable for comprehensive experimental teaching of polymer chemistry.
