高压聚乙烯反应器粘壁原因分析及处理措施 被引量:2

摘要 高压聚乙烯装置生产中有时出现物料粘壁现象,导致装置的生产负荷降低,影响装置生产效率。通过对生产过程可能影响粘壁的情况进行分析,认为反应器中物料粘壁与开车投反应建立温峰的时间、调整剂加入量过低、联锁停车物料未完全排净等原因有关。通过分析原因并优化生产操作,缩短建立反应时间、加大调整剂加入量、停车排净物料等可有效地减少反应器的物料粘壁,提高装置生产负荷,同时有利于装置长周期稳定运行。 Fouling of the reactor sometimes occurs during the production of high pressure polyethylene plant,which leads to the reduction of the production and efficiency of the plant.Through the cause analysis of the fouling during production process,it is concluded that is related to the time of temperature peak establishment in the start-up reaction,the low dosage of adjusting agent,the incomplete discharge of material in the reactor after interlock stopping,etc.Optimize operations for the above reasons,shortening the establishment reaction time,increasing the amount of adjusting agent,Completely emptying the material in the reactor after interlock stopping,etc.The fouling of the reactor can be effectively reduced,that is good for increasing the production capacity and the stable operation of the plant in a long period.
