摘要
后处理厂核燃料循环过程中会产生含有TBP煤油的有机废液,一般采用热解焚烧的工艺技术路线处理废TBP煤油,其中TBP在高温下发生热解和中和反应产生热解灰和热解气,经过气灰分离室沉降后大部分热解灰进入卸灰斗,但是仍有部分热解灰存在热解气中,需要对热解气进行一定程度的分离,降低后端系统的放射性,本文从高温气体技术发展、设备选型及试验验证角度进行分析,得到最适合高温热解反应体系的高温气体过滤器。
Organic waste liquid containing TBP kerosene is produced during the nuclear fuel cycle in reptocessing plant,pyrolysis and neutralization reaction occur in TBP kerosene pyrolysis and incineration process at high temperature,resulting in pyrolytic ash and pyrolysis gas.After settling in the gas-ash separation chamber,most pyrolytic ash enters the ash discharge hopper,but some pyrolytic ash still exists in pyrolysis gas,which needs to be separated to a certain extent to reduce the radioactivity of the back-end system.The paper discusses the development of high-temperature gas technology and equipment selection,the most suitable high temperature gas was obtained.
