PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF的合成及电催化分解水产氧物理化学综合实验设计

摘要 本文设计了一个PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF的合成及电催化分解水产氧物理化学综合实验,该实验涉及电催化剂的合成、表征及电催化性能测试等方面。通过该综合性实验的开放式教学,将电催化水分解这一化学前沿研究领域引入到我校应用化学拔尖班的本科实验教学中,使学生学习专业知识以及实验仪器操作的同时,进一步提高学生的创新能力和科研素养,促进应用化学拔尖创新人才脱颖而出。以典型的水分解电催化剂PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF为例,采用恒电压电沉积的方法,在泡沫镍导电基底上合成了PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF纳米复合材料。利用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF进行表征。通过电催化分解水产氧实验,PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF在10 mA?cm~(-2)的过电势仅为240 mV,并且具有优异的稳定性,显示了该材料在电化学水分解领域具有潜在的应用前景。 In this paper,a comprehensive experiment of physical chemistry on the synthesis of PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF and the electrocatalytic water decomposition for oxygen production is designed.The experiment involves the synthesis,characterization and electrocatalytic performance test of PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF.Through the open teaching of the comprehensive experiment,the frontier research field of electrocatalytic water decomposition is introduced into the undergraduate experimental teaching of the top class of Applied Chemistry in our university,so that students can further improve their innovation ability and scientific research literacy while learning professional knowledge and experimental instrument operation,and promote the top innovative talents of Applied Chemistry to come to the fore.Taking PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF as an example,which was synthesized by potentiostatic method and characterized by XRD,SEM etc.The overpotential of PANI/Co-Fe LDHs/NF is only 240 mV at 10 mA·cm-2 and it has excellent stability.The result shows that this electrocatalytic material has potential application prospects in the field of electrochemical water splitting.
