摘要
专业实践体系是教学过程中培养学生专业实践能力和自主创新能力的关键环节,对学生综合能力的提升起着至关重要的作用。针对国家“超低排放”和“双碳”目标下环境治理技术迭代加速、环境人才实践能力亟待提升的迫切需求,基于华北电力大学电力行业应用型院校的定位,结合现有实践体系的不足,以OBE理念为基础,以学生座谈和用人单位反馈结果、行业发展动态、国家政策为导向,构建和实施了“四位一体”的电力行业环境工程专业实践教学体系。实践表明,该体系充分调动和激发了学生的学习兴趣,有效保障了学生的课堂参与度,强化了学生的独立创新能力,为电力行业环境工程专业人才的培养提供了有力支撑。
The professional practice system is the key to cultivating students'ability of professional practice and independent innovation,and plays a vital role in the improvement of students'comprehensive ability.Nowadays,it is urgent to accelerate the iteration of environmental governance technology and improve the practical ability of environmental talents under the national“ultra-low emission”and“two carbon-related”goals.In view of the positioning of North China Electric Power University as an applied college in power industry and the shortage of the existing practice system,a“four in one”practical teaching system for environmental engineering major in electric power industry is constructed and implemented,which is based on outcome-based education(OBE)and guided by the results of student discussions and employer feedback,industry development trends,and national policies.The teaching practice shows that this system has significant effect on mobilizing and stimulating students'interest in learning,improving students'classroom participation,and strengthening students'independent innovation ability,which provides a strong support for the cultivation of environmental engineering professionals in the power industry.
