“双碳”目标下江苏省跨境数字贸易发展现状、影响因素及改进建议

The Development Status,Influencing Factors and Improvement Suggestions of Cross-border Digital Trade in Jiangsu Province under the Goals of Carbon Neutrality and Carbon Peak

随着经济全球化和数字信息化时代的到来,数字贸易被赋予更多的时代内涵。“双碳”目标下节能减排对跨境数字贸易提出了新要求。本文在把握江苏跨境数字贸易发展现状的基础上,分析“双碳”目标下江苏省跨境数字贸易发展的影响因素,基于2012—2021年江苏省主要经济体数据,引用TOE框架,运用熵权法计算出江苏省跨境数字贸易发展指标,采用ADF检验数据平稳性,最后提出了推动江苏跨境数字贸易发展的政策建议,以期为促进江苏跨境数字贸易绿色发展提供决策参考。

With the advent of economic globalization and the digital information age,digital trade has been given more connotations of the times.Energy conservation and emission reduction under the goals of carbon neutrality and carbon peak put forward new requirements for cross-border digital trade.Based on the development status of cross-border digital trade in Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the infl uencing factors of the development of cross-border digital trade in Jiangsu Province under the goals of carbon neutrality and carbon peak.Based on the data of major economies in Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2021,this paper quotes the TOE framework and the entropy weight method to calculate the development index of cross-border digital trade in Jiangsu Province,uses ADF to test the stability of data,and fi nally puts forward policy suggestions for boosting the development of cross-border digital trade in Jiangsu,to provide decision-making reference for promoting the green development of cross-border digital trade in Jiangsu.
