数字化视域下乡村振兴战略实施的现实境遇与推进路径

The Realistic Situation and Promotion Paths of the Implementation of the Strategy of Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Digitalization

数字化为乡村振兴战略的发展提供了技术保障。数字传媒、云计算、人工智能的运用,在促进乡村数字经济转型,推进农业体系现代化发展,畅通农产品交易渠道,缓解农民生产经营困境的同时,还面临着法律制度交叉地带空白、农村数字化基础设施建设投入不足、农民数字技术应用薄弱等问题。因此,本文从健全法律法规、加大农村数字基础设施投入力度、提高农民数字能力素养等方面入手,探讨推动数字农业经济转型,加快数字农村建设,形成和谐美丽的新农村的创新路径,以期助力乡村振兴战略的实施。

Digitalization has provided technical support for the development of the strategy of rural revitalization.The application of digital media,cloud computing and artifi cial intelligence has promoted the transformation of the rural digital economy,promoted the modernization of the agricultural systems,smoothed the trading channels of agricultural products,and alleviated the difficulties of farmers’production and operation.Meanwhile,there are insufficient legal systems,insuffi cient investment in rural digital infrastructure,and weak application of farmers’digital technologies,etc.Therefore,this article starts with improving laws and regulations,increasing investment in rural digital infrastructure,and improving farmers’digital literacy to discuss how to promote the economic transformation of digital agriculture,accelerate the development of the digital countryside,take innovative measures for building a harmonious and beautiful new countryside,to boost the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
