摘要
目的探讨临床药师在疑难病例诊疗过程中的作用。方法临床药师参与1例结核性胸膜炎合并低蛋白血症患者的会诊、药学监护和随访,并对患者的疾病特点、药学服务过程进行分析和文献复习。结果患者进行诊断性抗结核治疗后病情好转,药学服务期间依从性良好,最终痊愈。结论临床药师积极为疑难病例提供全过程的药学服务,可以协助医生明确诊断,提高患者用药依从性和安全性,促进合理用药。
Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult cases.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the consultation,pharmaceutical care,and follow-up of a patient with tuberculous pleurisy complicated with hypoproteinemia,analyzed the disease characteristics and pharmaceutical care of the patient,and reviewed the literature.Results After diagnostic antituberculosis treatment,the patient's condition improved.The patient showed good compliance during pharmaceutical care and finally recovered.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists actively provide the whole process of pharmaceutical service for difficult cases,which can assist doctors to confirm the diagnosis,improve the medication compliance and safety of patients,and promote the rational use of drugs.
