快速康复外科护理对老年胃肠道肿瘤切除术患者术后恢复的影响

Effect of fast-track surgical care on postoperative recovery of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumor resection

目的探讨快速康复外科护理对老年胃肠道肿瘤切除患者术后恢复的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月在信阳市中心医院行手术治疗的60例老年胃肠道肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用快速康复外科护理。比较2组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、康复进程、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果研究组患者术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间和首次进食时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者停止补液时间、下床活动时间、引流管拔除时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038)。研究组患者护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030)。结论老年胃肠道肿瘤切除术患者采用快速康复外科护理,可加快患者胃肠功能恢复,缩短康复进程,降低并发症发生风险,且护理满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of fast-track surgical care on postoperative recovery in elderly patients receiving gastrointestinal tumor resection.Methods Sixty elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors underwent surgery in Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study participants.They were assigned to a study group and a control group by the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care and patients in the study group received fast-track surgical care on the basis of the control group.Gastrointestinal function recovery,rehabilitation process,complications,and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time to first postoperative flatus,first postoperative defecation,and first postoperative diet in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time to stop fluid replacement,time to ambulation,time to drainage tube removal,wound healing time,and length of hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the study group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that(26.67%)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).The satisfaction rate of care in the study group was 96.67%,significantly higher than that(73.33%)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).Conclusion Fast-track surgical care for elderly patients who underwent gastrointestinal tumor resection can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,shorten the rehabilitation process,and reduce the risk of complications,with higher care satisfaction.
