院外心肺复苏应急教育科普活动实施路径研究

Implementation approach of popular science activities in emergency education of out-of-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation

院外心脏骤停是全世界普遍关注的问题,也是我国当前面临的一个严重的公共卫生问题。为全方位、多维度进行“健康中国”建设,推动多层次健康教育和健康促进,本文讨论了院外心肺复苏应急教育科普活动的国内外研究现状与存在问题,参考美国心脏学会撰写的关于非专业人员心肺复苏培训课程,建立了从信息、动机、行为技巧三方面进行培训的干预体系。针对院外心脏骤停的“潜在第一目击者”,采用“流动式培训”“定点式培训”“品牌特色科普活动”的线下宣教,并结合通过公众号、微课、抖音直播课等进行的线上宣传教育开展心肺复苏应急教育,以期促进心肺复苏健康教育的长期发展,营造全社会共同学习的氛围,从而增强院外心肺复苏应急教育科普活动实效。

Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest is a common concern globally and a serious public health problem in China.To carry out the construction of the″Healthy China Initiative″in all aspects and multiple dimensions and promote multi-level health education and health promotion,this paper discussed the current situation and existing problems of popular science activities in emergency education on cardiopulmonary resuscitation Out-of-hospital at home and abroad,and establishes an intervention system for training from information,motivation,and behavior three aspects by referring to the cardiopulmonary resuscitation training course for lay personnel written by the American Heart Association.Aiming at the″potential first eyewitness″of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest,through the offline education of″mobile training″,″designated training″and″brand-based popular science activity″in combination with online publicity and education through social media account,microclass,and Douyin live class,cardiopulmonary resuscitation emergency education was carried out to promote the long-term development of cardiopulmonary resuscitation health education and create an atmosphere for the whole society to learn together to enhance the actual effect of popular science activities on emergency education for out-of-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
