摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加甘露寡糖对围产期母羊采食量、体重及血清生化指标的影响。选择体况良好、体重为(52.36±0.71)kg、妊娠85 d的湖羊母羊60只,随机分为4组,每组15个重复。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础饲粮中添加2.5、5.0和10.0 g/(只·d)甘露寡糖。预试期5 d,妊娠第90天进入正试期,产后14 d试验结束。试验期间记录母羊体重和采食量,分娩当天记为第0天,分别于第-60、-14和7天采集血清,测定相关血清生化指标。结果表明:1)与Ⅰ组相比,饲粮中添加甘露寡糖显著提高了Ⅳ组母羊产前干物质采食量(DMI)(P<0.05),对母羊终末体重没有显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与Ⅰ组相比,饲粮中添加甘露寡糖显著提高了第-14天Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组母羊血清总蛋白(TP)和葡萄糖(Glu)含量(P<0.05)。3)与Ⅰ组相比,饲粮中添加甘露寡糖显著提高了第-14天Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量及Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量(P<0.05);显著提高了第7天Ⅳ组血清IgG、IgA含量及Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组IL-10含量(P<0.05)。4)与Ⅰ组相比,添加甘露寡糖显著增加了第-14天Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),显著增加了第7天Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05);但血清丙二醛(MDA)含量在各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加甘露寡糖可提高围产期母羊采食量、机体营养代谢能力,有效改善免疫和抗氧化功能。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of mannan oligosaccharides on feed intake,body weight and serum biochemical indexes of perinatal ewes.Sixty Hu sheep ewes in good condition,weighing(56.72±1.43)kg and 85 d of gestation were selected and divided into 4 groups with 15 ewes in each groups:groupⅠwas fed a basal diet,and groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere fed the basal diet added with 2.5,5.0 and 10.0 g/(sheep·d)mannan oligosaccharides,respectively.The pretrial period was 5 d,the period of the experiment was from 90 d of pregnancy to 14 d after delivery,and the day of delivery was recorded as the 0 d.During the experiment,the ewe’s weight and feed intake were recorded,and serum samples were collected at days-60,-14 and 7,respectively,to determine immune and antioxidant indexes.The results showed as follows:1)compared with groupⅠ,the diet supplemented with mannan oligosaccharide significantly increased the prenatal dry matter intake(DMI)in groupⅣ(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the ewes’final weight(P>0.05).2)Compared with groupⅠ,the addition of mannan oligosaccharide in the diet significantly increased the contents of serum total protein(TP)and glucose(GlU)in groupsⅢandⅣon day-14(P<0.05).3)Compared with groupⅠ,the addition of mannan oligosaccharide in the diet significantly increased the contents of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),γ-interferon(IFN-γ)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in groupsⅢandⅣon day-14,and significantly increased the content of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)in groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣon day-14(P<0.05);the contents of serum IgG and IgA in groupⅣand the content of IL-10 in groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣon day 7 were significantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with groupⅠ,the addition of mannan oligosaccharide in the diet significantly increased the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in groupsⅢandⅣon day-14(P<0.05);the activity of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣon day 7 was significantly increased(P<0.05);but the content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA)had no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,adding mannan oligosaccharides to the diet can improve the feed intake,nutrient metabolism capacity and immune function of ewes in the perinatal period.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(3):1791-1802]
