不同地域传统商业街空间质量对比研究与借鉴——以呼和浩特通道南街和乌鲁木齐二道桥民俗商业街为例

Comparative Study and Reference on Spatial Quality of Traditional Commercial Streets in Different Regions-Taking South Street of Hohhot Passage and Erdaoqiao Folk Commercial Street of Urumqi as an Example

传统商业街在历史长期发展中形成,展示着传统市井生活空间秩序,是城市地域文化和历史文化共同交融的浓缩和写照。随着城市更新进程的推进,传统商业街空间不断被更新塑造,同时又不断出现问题。优质地改善传统商业街空间质量对于保护和延续地域文化、留住历史根脉、促进商业街发展、营造高质量的商业氛围有着重要的作用。通过对呼和浩特通道南街和乌鲁木齐二道桥民俗商业街空间质量进行对比分析,调查了两者传统商业街空间受到地域文化所表达出的共性和相异之处,探讨了传统商业街空间高质量改善的原则。藉此为不同地域传统商业街空间质量改善找到可借鉴的设计思路和方法。

Formed in the long history of development,traditional commercial streets show the order of traditional market living space,which is the concentration and portrayal of the integration of urban regional culture and historical culture.With the progress of urban renewal,the traditional commercial street space is constantly being updated and shaped,while problems constantly appear.Improving the spatial quality of traditional commercial streets plays an important role in protecting and extending regional culture,retaining historical roots,promoting the development of commercial streets and creating a high-quality commercial atmosphere.Through comparative analysis of the space quality of Hohhot Passage South Street and Urumqi Erdaoqiao folk commercial street,this paper investigates the similarities and differences between the two traditional commercial street space expressed by regional culture,and discusses the principle of high-quality improvement of traditional commercial street space.Therefore,the design ideas and methods can be used for reference to improve the spatial quality of traditional commercial streets in different regions.
