瓜馥木人工繁育技术研究

摘要 瓜馥木是一种集药用、食用及观赏价值于一体的优良野生植物,但人工繁殖较为困难。基于此,开展了瓜馥木种子发芽、嫩枝扦插、压条繁育技术的试验研究,结果表明:种子发芽试验中,不同的种子催芽方法平均发芽率差异极显著,低温催芽种子平均发芽率最高,为61.1%;嫩枝扦插繁殖试验中,不同的扦插基质成活率差异极显著,以纯黄心土做基质扦插成活率最高,为94.4%;压条繁殖生根成活率为29.0%。该项研究可对瓜馥木种苗繁殖提供技术参考,对实现瓜馥木迁地保育和人工栽培具有重要意义。 Fissistigma oldhamii is a fine wild plant with medicinal,edible and ornamental values.However,artificial propagation is difficult.The study on seed germination,softwood cutting and layering propagation technology of Fissistigma oldhamii was carried out.The results showed that the average germination rate was significantly different among different methods,and the average germination rate of low temperature accelerating seeds was the highest,which was 61.1%.Moreover,the survival rate of different cutting substrates was significantly different,and the cutting survival rate of pure yellow core soil as the substrate was the highest,which was 94.4%.In addition,the rooting survival rate of layering propagation was 29.0%.This study provides a technical reference for the propagation of the seedling of Fissistigma oldhamii,and is of great significance for ex-situ conservation and artificial cultivation of Fissistigma oldhamii.
