低温胁迫对樱花几个生化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究低温胁迫对樱花生化指标的影响,对一年生红叶樱花枝条进行低温胁迫人工培养,并对其丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量5种生化指标进行测定。结果表明:培养温度为1℃时,T1、T5、T9和T13处理随低温胁迫处理时间的增加丙二醛含量呈现增加的趋势;超氧化物歧化酶活性呈现先增加后降低的趋势;1℃处理的3个指标含量均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,5℃处理可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量随低温胁迫时间延长呈现增加趋势,10℃处理的3个指标均随低温胁迫处理时间的延长呈现缓慢增加的趋势。红叶樱花在1和5℃条件下均表现了不同程度的抗寒能力,其可忍受的低温胁迫处理为1℃条件下培养4 d,为人工种植红叶樱花人工种植提供参考。 In order to study the effect of low temperature stress on the biochemical indexes of Prunus subg.Cerasus sp.,the annual red leaf Prunus subg.Cerasus sp.branches were artificially cultured under low temperature stress,and the five biochemical indexes of malondialdehyde content,proline content,superoxide dismutase activity,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content were determined.The results showed that when the culture temperature was 1℃,the content of malondialdehyde in T1,T5,T9 and T13 treatments increased with the increase of low temperature stress treatment time;The activity of superoxide dismutase increased first and then decreased;The content of three indexes of 1℃treatment showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing;the content of soluble sugar and proline in 5℃treatment showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing;the content of soluble protein showed an increasing trend with the extension of low temperature stress time,and the content of three indexes of 10℃treatment showed a slow increasing trend with the extension of low temperature stress time.Red leaf Prunus subg.Cerasus sp.showed different degrees of cold resistance under the conditions of 1 and 5℃,and its tolerable low temperature stress treatment is to cultivate for 4 days under the condition of 1℃.This paper provides experimental experience and theoretical reference for artificial planting of red leaf Prunus subg.Cerasus sp.
