弗吉尼亚栎对环境不同温度和湿度的响应

摘要 为明确弗吉尼亚栎幼苗对温度和湿度的响应,设置3个温度,分别为T1:昼温/夜温(15℃/5℃),T2:昼温/夜温(25℃/15℃),T3:昼温/夜温(35℃/25℃),设置2个土壤湿度,分别为W1:土壤水分为田间持水量的65%~70%,W2:土壤水分为田间持水量的55%~60%。研究了幼苗生长指标、光合参数和氮代谢关键酶活性,结果表明:弗吉尼亚栎幼苗株高、地径、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率以及GS、NR和GOGAT活性在同一湿度处理下随着温度的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,W2土壤湿度均高于W1湿度。因此,昼温/夜温(25℃/15℃),土壤湿度水分为田间持水量的55%~60%弗吉尼亚栎生长状况最好。 In order to determine the response of Quercus virginiana seedlings to temperature and humidity,three temperatures were set,namely,T1:day temperature/night temperature(15℃/5℃),T2:day temperature/night temperature(25℃/15℃)and T3:day temperature/night temperature(35℃/25℃).Two soil humidity was set,namely,W1:soil water was 65%~70%of field water capacity,and W2:soil water was 55%~60%of field water capacity.The growth indexes,photosynthetic parameters and key enzyme activities of nitrogen metabolism of seedlings were studied.The results showed that the plant height,ground diameter,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and GS,NR and GOGAT activities of Quercus virginiana seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of temperature under the same humidity treatment,and the soil moisture in W2 was higher than that in W1.Therefore,the day temperature/night temperature(25℃/15℃),soil moisture and water content are 55%~60%of the field capacity,and the growth condition of Quercus virginiana is the best.
