松树松材线虫病四种药剂防治效果比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 为考察不同药剂对松树松材线虫的防治效果,选用目前大连普兰店地区市售的4种杀线虫剂,即30%克线磷乳油、3%克百威颗粒剂、30%阿维菌素乳油、5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油,利用药剂浸渍法对松材线虫分别进行了毒力测定。结果显示:不同的药剂对松材线虫表现出不同的致死作用,同时不同浓度的药剂毒力效果也有所差异,毒力效果随着药剂浓度或时间的增加而增强。毒力效果表现最好的药剂为30%阿维菌素乳油,当用药时间达到48 h,50 g/L浓度药剂下松材线虫的死亡率高达91.86%;其次为30%克线磷乳油,当用药时间达到48 h,50 g/L浓度药剂下松材线虫的死亡率为61.35%;5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油与3%克百威颗粒剂毒力效果最差,当时间达到48 h,两种药剂浓度为50 g/L时,松材线虫的死亡率分别为18.53%、21.35%。 In order to investigate the control effect of different insecticides on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,four kinds of nematicides currently sold in Pulandian,Dalian,were selected in this paper,that is,30%grams of fenphos emulsifiable concentrate,3%grams of carbofuran granules,30%abamectin emulsifiable concentrate,and 5%highly effective cypermethrin vinegar emulsifiable concentrate.The toxicity of the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was determined by the method of medicament soaking.The results showed that different insecticides had different lethal effects on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,and the toxicity effects of different concentrations of insecticides were also different.The toxicity effects increased with the increase of concentration or time.The drug with the best toxicity effect was 30%abamectin emulsifiable concentrates.When the drug was used for 48 hours,the mortality of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was 91.86%at the concentration of 50 g/L;The second was 30%fenphos emulsifiable concentrate.When the application time reached 48 hours,the mortality of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was 61.35%at 50 g/L concentration;The toxicity effect of 5%high efficiency cypermethrin vinegar emulsifiable concentrate and 3%carbofuran granules was the worst.When the time was 48 hours and the concentration of the two agents was 50 g/L,the mortality of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was 18.53%and 21.35%respectively.
