曲靖市“十三五”期间森林资源动态变化分析

Analysis on Dynamic Changes of Forest Resources in Qujing City During the 13th Five-Year Plan Period

运用2016年“森林资源二类调查”数据与2017~2020年4个年度森林资源监测数据为基础,对“十三五”期间曲靖市森林资源变化情况进行了分析,结果显示:森林面积增长19.6万hm^(2)、森林蓄积增长908.3万m^(3);人工林年均增幅3.75%;乔木林单位面积蓄积增长2.9m^(3)/hm^(2);罗平、马龙等石漠化地区森林资源增速较快,麒麟、沾益等坝区增长缓慢;林地面积占国土面积的56.91%,森林面积增长空间不大。预测今后一段时期:森林面积增长难度大;森林蓄积量增长空间大;森林质量提升将是资源增长的主要方向;“非林地森林”逆向变化的可能性较大等。

Based on the"second adjustment"data in 2016 and the four annual forest resources monitoring data from2017 to 2020,the change of forest resources during the 13th Five-Year Plan period was analyzed.The results showed that the forest area increased by 196,000 hm^(2) and the forest stock increased by 9.083 million m3.The annual growth rate of plantation is 3.75%;The unit area of tree forest increased by 2.9 m^(3)/hm^(2);The forest resources in rocky desertification areas such as Luoping and Malong increased rapidly,while those in the dam areas such as Qilin and Zhanyi increased slowly.Woodland area accounts for 56.91%of total land area in China,and there is little room for forest area growth.It is predicted that in the future it is difficult to increase the forest area;The growth of forest stock is large;The improvement of forest quality will be the main direction of resource growth.The possibility of reverse change of"non-woodland forest"is greater.
